Why I Built Seizable
I have epilepsy myself. Over the years, I filled journals, marked calendars, created spreadsheets, used notes apps, and tried countless seizure trackers. Despite all of that, I still couldn't find one place that brought everything together in a way that truly supported daily life with epilepsy.
I needed a way to track seizures, medications, symptoms, appointments, and the ups and downs of everyday life, while also acknowledging the emotional side of epilepsy, not just the medical side. That's why I created Seizable: to help people feel more organized, more informed, and less alone.
Why you can trust Seizable
Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I bring both clinical knowledge and lived experience to every decision behind Seizable, creating a platform that's compassionate, practical, and grounded in real life.
Living with epilepsy
I've been living with epilepsy for nearly 20 years, so every feature in Seizable is shaped by experiences I've personally lived, not assumptions made from the outside looking in.
Built alongside the epilepsy community
I've worked closely with people living with epilepsy, caregivers, and family members to make sure Seizable reflects the real challenges we face every day, not just my own experiences.
