Seizable Support Circle

You do not have to figure this out alone.

A free virtual support group for people living with epilepsy and seizure disorders, and the people who care for them.

Facilitated by a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who also has epilepsy.

What is the Seizable Support Circle?

Who Can Join

People living with epilepsy or seizure disorders. Parents and caregivers. Anyone who wants to feel less alone in this.

What It Looks Like

A virtual group that meets regularly. Facilitated conversation. A safe space to share, ask questions, and be heard by people who actually get it.

Who Leads It

Natalia Richards, Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and person living with epilepsy. Every session is held with clinical care and lived understanding.

“Support groups are great for emotional connection, but they often miss the practical stuff. The Seizable Support Circle is both emotional support and real conversation about living with seizures.”

— Inspired by early access community feedback
