Who Can Use Seizable
You must be 13 years of age or older to use Seizable directly. Parents or legal guardians may create an account on behalf of a child under 13.
Account Types
- Personal account: for an adult or teen managing their own care.
- Managed account: created by a parent or guardian on behalf of a minor or dependent. The guardian retains full control.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential, the accuracy of the information you log, and complying with applicable laws when using Seizable.
Subscription And Billing
- The free tier is and will remain free.
- Pricing for Premium will be announced before public launch.
- Seizable is currently free during early access. No payment is required.
- Premium subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Settings.
Acceptable Use
Do not use Seizable to harm others, attempt to access another person's account without permission, reverse-engineer the service, or upload unlawful content.
Your Health Data
You own your health data. We never sell it. You can export or delete it at any time.
Emergency Features — Limitations
The SOS button is a notification tool only. It is not a replacement for emergency services. In any life-threatening situation always call 911 (or your local emergency number) first.
Limitation Of Liability
Seizable is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seizable and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
